Front of House Services
Our Front of House service will be the highlight of your event, big or small. It’s more than a raw bar - it’s an engaging and educational experience for guests of all ages. In addition to providing sustainably-sourced seafood, we bring our full set-up: table and ice display with garnishes, all accouterments (cocktail sauce, lemons, and mignonette sauce - additional toppings available upon request), plates & flatware, floor covering to protect your space from oyster-y juices, and Shell Recycling buckets.
Our shuckers are friendly, well-dressed, knowledgeable, and love engaging with guests to help them learn about the art of oyster farming.
Back of House Services
Perfect for caterers, our Back of House service provides the products (oysters, clams, or shrimp) and a top-notch shucker for your events. This is strictly a behind-the-scenes service where the shucker will work out of a kitchen or otherwise appropriate work space and will not be present on the floor of the event. The client will plate and serve the oysters, and will provide their own flatware and accoutrements.
No one likes a stinky pile of shells, by the way (not even us!) - our shuckers clean up and remove all shells from the premises in their Oyster Shell Recycling buckets to be returned to the farm for oyster bed regeneration.
